Ordering

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days. For shipments to the Northeast, deliveries typically take 2-3 business days via UPS Ground after fulfillment. For shipments to the West Coast, 5-7 business days. For shipments to Canada, 7-10 days depending on customs clearance.



How can I track my order?

Order status can be tracked using Check Order Status or by referring to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email provided at checkout.



How do I cancel my order?

Please contact Customer Service within 15 minutes of placing the order during business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EDT. We try to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, so in some rare instances, we may be able to stop the order before fulfillment and cancel. If an order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order. Once the order is received, please return the order per the Return Policy.



How do I exchange an item purchased online?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please return the original purchase according to our Return Policy and place a new order.



What payment methods are accepted?

Frette.com currently accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. See more details under Payment and Taxes.



Why are my payments not going through?

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If you receive an error after entering payment information, please contact your bank.

How long does an order take to ship to my destination?

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the weight of the items being purchased, the destination, and the shipping method. Please add all items you would like to purchase to the shopping bag, proceed to checkout, and enter the full shipping address to see the shipping cost per shipping method.

Do you offer free shipping?

Frette.com may offer free shipping on orders based on order amount for specific periods of time. If your order is eligible for free shipping at the time of checkout, once you proceed to checkout and enter the full shipping address, the actual shipping cost will appear for the order and the shipping discount will show the deduction of the actual shipping cost in the Order Summary on the top right of the page. If there is no shipping discount shown in the Order Summary, your order may not be eligible for free shipping.

Please note free shipping offers are typically applicable only to shipments within the U.S. via UPS Ground.



Returns

How can I start a return?

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds for returns are generally processed within 20 days from the date the returning items are received. Once processed, the funds may appear in your account within 2-5 business days depending on the bank. See our Returns Policy for more details.



Are delivery fees refundable?
