DELIVERY CHARGES ARE BASED ON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF YOUR ORDER.

Orders of $2500.00 and above will require a signature upon delivery. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes.

**International shipping charges are not inclusive of any duties, tax or broker fees that may apply and for which the recipient of the shipment will be responsible.**

RETURNS BY MAIL

Frette accepts returns of unused, unwashed items purchased through our catalogue or online within 30 days from the date of shipment. Exchanges cannot be made by mail, items must be returned and a new order should then be placed. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged to frette.com.

Please enclose the items in their original packaging with any hangtags attached accompanied with the packing slip. Returns should be sent to the following address:

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

Within 30 days of our receiving your return product, you can expect a credit to the original form of payment. Gift returns will also be credited to the original form of payment within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product.

 

RETURNS TO FRETTE STORES

Items purchased at U.S. Frette stores can be returned for exchange or merchandise credit only to be used in stores. Items must be returned unused, with hangtags attached, within 30 days from the date of the shipment accompanied by the original packing slip. Gift returns accompanied by the original packing slip may be exchanged for a new purchase or a merchandise credit.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
