What was L’Ermitage’s design inspiration and how does it influence the guest experience?

Our 116 suites preserve the residential elegance of the hotel’s original design from 1975. Guests can unwind on their private French balconies, and inside they will find thoughtful, sophisticated touches that evoke a sense of Old Hollywood glamour. Our specialty suites offer sprawling floor plans and bright and airy spaces – all the necessities for fine living.

My favorite thing to do in Beverly Hills is dine my way through all the different restaurants in the city. You will find a variety of cuisines all within walking distance of L’Ermitage.

Which of L’Ermitage’s services can’t be missed?

Our flexible check-in and check-out policy is a service that our guests enjoy. We really want guests to feel like they are at home when they arrive, making sure that their room is available right when they walk in.
Another service I think is unique is our pet accommodations. We welcome many four-legged friends as part of your family. We will prepare your suite with a L’Ermitage dog bed and bowl plus their own monogrammed Frette linen and other pet amenities like our custom pet menu.

Frette is an integral part of one of our most personal touches: At L’Ermitage, we provide every guest with monogrammed Frette pillowcases. Our guests love them, and some love them so much they ask to take theirs home.

Where is your favorite place at L’Ermitage to enjoy a private moment?

The rooftop is my favorite place at L’Ermitage, especially during the sunset. We have 360-degree views of Beverly Hills, the Hollywood sign, and the downtown skyline. We host several events and intimate experiences on our rooftop for visitors and guests alike and I always love seeing their reactions when they come up there and experience the rooftop for the first time.

To experience Beverly Hills like a local, where should guests visit?

Guests must visit the Beverly Hills Farmers Market on Sunday. Another must is Rodeo Drive, to truly experience the luxury of Beverly Hills.

Can you share the most unique experience the team has crafted for a guest?

We recently curated a movie night under the stars to surprise a family during their stay. We created a special dinner menu that pulled from the themes of the movie. We had cocktails for the adults, a candy bar for the kids, and popcorn for the whole family to enjoy. Our team loves to get creative with enhancing and personalizing the guest experience.
