To celebrate 150 years of the unification of Italy, Frette has designed an exclusive duvet set available in 150 numbered, limited edition pieces- each with it’s own certification of guarantee. By happy coincidence, Frette recently celebrated its own 150th Birthday. The company was founded in 1860, one year before the unification of Italy. Inspired by the cord and ribbon trims found on clothing worn in the 1860s, the sets comprise a silk/cotton duvet cover with matching shams. Colors are sophisticated beige, pale, and dark grey.
Each duvet set comes in a specially-designed box, inspired by the Italian flag and tied with “tricolore” ribbons. Boxes are presented inside specially-made red canvas shopping bag. Bags are red, white, and green handles and the Frette logo embroidered in gold. These unique and convertible totes are guaranteed to take on a life of its own!
